We offer a 14-day “Satisfied or Refunded” policy on all purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your IPTV subscription within 14 days of purchase, you may request a refund.

Important: Do not initiate a dispute with your payment provider before contacting our customer support. Disputes may result in the loss of both your money and service.


2. When Refunds Are Eligible

Refunds are considered if:

Refunds will not be issued if:
